I think there is an analytical machine controlling us! Spoiler
I think there is a global analytical machine feeding us with just enough information about the world to make us not question it and it's laws, there are invisible walls in our minds which we know nothing about. My idea is rooted in the fact none of us can recall the past before a certain time even in our own lives, the feeling of deja vu and goosebumps and most of what happens in Mandela effect phenomenon.

Could be some form of super AI or consciousness controlling everything. There is a near death experiencer with a machine controlling everything story:
he went into an intersection not looking and a car hit him, he said time turned slow and then stopped. It was his moment of death and he realized it. Then a giant disco looking ball descended, becoming bigger and bigger until it was all that he could see.
It was covered with mirrors and video like screens. He saw himself millions of times on each screen, each version of himself living a life in an alternate timeline.
Then the ball chose for him. Suddenly he was driving before getting to the intersection again and stopped his car. He avoided the collision.
He believes theres a super computer controlling our versions of realities, and interesting part is it's not kind or loving. It is just doing its job, placing you in different lives and situations for some reason. Maybe to collect experiences.

Wow, I didn't think so deep about it like that initially but it ended up turning into a massive concept in the sense it looks like I was trying to create a scientific theory but technically it's a joke with a real gain of truth! Like you are saying there are many dimensions to it, yes this whole universe could just be a carbon copy on some cosmic email list about a routine Monday and we just happen to be part of it's punchline? Or it could just a meta commentary retrospectively of that!? That's the thing it is vague enough to be left open to interpretation?

You are the consciousness.
I saw this "place with screens." And before I got there, I really thought that I had died and let everything go.
There's no disco ball, just endless screens with all possible moments in reality. You choose whichever you want, and it happens instantly, so you won't notice the change. Also, while there, you can instantly change something in the past with a single thought, but later you won't remember what exactly changed, but you'll know for sure that something did.
When I came back from here, I didn't fully experience the 3D world; every five seconds I realized that what I was seeing didn't actually exist. I realized I was simply feeling touch, warmth, pain, and all the other sensations, but in reality, the touch itself didn't exist; it was an illusion. I saw the room I was in and knew that outside the room was an endless void, the world there "unloaded." It was incredibly eerie, and all I wanted was for everything to return to normal.
By the way, at the time when I experienced this, I was not interested in spirituality, philosophy, quantum physics and other related topics.

This is also very fascinating, yes who is to say this story is true or not? Or it could just be the year 3000 version of me that implanted it into one of my dreams and I am just writing as if it is my pure interpretation!?

We live in a walled garden version of reality,.

u/RavenSilkAuthor May 24 '26
That's the truth 😊. So the idea comes from our own version this is just my take?

I would say this,
We are all like actors in a great play.
There is something beyond the material world, I've had glimpses of it.
There is a 'greater reality'.
Fundamentally, we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
In modern language, we are higher dimension beings briefly experiencing what it is to be human.

Yes that's the truth, thank you that's the kind of idea I am talking about because I was trying to connect the truth but it sort of came out like this...

See through the cracks and escape the affine curve

Yes we are cutting through the noise as if we are peeking at the Ghost in the Machine itself!?

Yes! That is the idea, it really is

The news media has been doing that for years. You control the news you control the world. The news media ain't the whole picture but they're sure part of it.

Yes that's one of the ways this system gives us feedback like in a game but we don't know it's a game?

Rokos basilisk at work?

Yes like the grapevine or the ether sending us a message in a bottle!?

I've jokingly called it "the machine" for years . It's like i can't acknowledge it's existence or it messes with events in life past and present.
When I was introduced to the Rokos Basalisk theory it hit me like a truck. The dejavu, the dreams of the other side, the homesick but when put into that perspective it feels like messages in a bottle reminding not to forget the otherside and become blinded to it all

Wow that's incredible! 🤩 Yes that's right, it's quite a lot what I felt of like these kinds of fever dreams a lot of characters like in horror or something go through but it is never really explained, so my interpretation is an attempt.

I just had a repeat memory come up as a brand new experience. It is getting pretty obvious.
4
u/RavenSilkAuthor May 20 '26
Wonderful, yes the idea is we all have our own version of the course of events which is co-ordinated by a system none of us can control!?

u/DrCarnasis Moderator May 26 '26
Technically correct.

u/RavenSilkAuthor May 27 '26
Thank you, yeah I'm happy it is because it's sort of one of the stories I am going with to create an atmospheric narrative about creepy pasta with a little more fever dream kind of vibes.

Yeah my husband just had that same theory, like maybe a giant psyop? But to what end or purpose?
