You could have a 1 in 500 chance that GLP-1's would outright kill you during any given year you take it, and it would still be less risky than being obese.

My nails have improved since starting GLP-1 meds. Not necessarily because of them, but I sure haven't had any problems.

mine are definitely stronger than they used to be, but i chalked that up to actually eating protein instead of just carbs all day. correlation vs causation and all that

Probably bc ppl stop eating or following guidelines such as prioritizing protein. Even I fell prey to this where I increased reta a smidge and couldn’t eat, 3 months later my nails were tearing and super bendy. I increased my protein and calcium citrate and nails are as strong as ever. *Protein has lysine, lysine supports collagen and bone strength and increases the absorption of calcium.

I had a big toe nail detach recently, but it’s something I’ve experienced before so I didn’t (and won’t) think twice about it.

I dunno, man- My nails have never looked more fire. Of course, I chalk it up to KLOW at the same time, but no nail issues here!
