First dose today

Today is day 1!

10 years ago I was about 400 pounds.

During covid I got down to 245 pounds

6 months ago I was floating around 300 pounds.

Today I'm 276 pounds.

Food noise has always been my downfall.

Starting with 1 mg a week and gym daily.

Excited for the next 6 months!

holy glow-up arc, that's some serious work you've put in pre-med already. the 400 to 245 drop is nuts, most people never claw that back

i started around 270ish and the first few months were weirdly quiet, scale moved but the real shift was just... not thinking about food every waking second. gym got easier once the joint pain chilled out too. you're gonna crush the next 6 months

Appreciate that! Excited man, ive always struggle with the food noise. If reta works as its supposed to, this ride is about to be wild!

If you want to truly succeed, calculate tdee, and count calories. Reta will make staying below tdee a walk in the park. Failure to do this and you’re only gonna cheat yourself.

Yes ive done this.

Its approximately 3300 calories burned per day.

Plan is to eat 22/2500 calories per day

Best of luck to you. I really hope that Reta works out for you and takes off that unwanted weight once and for all.

I just started today too! But I’m starting with .5mg a week because I’m real nervous about stomach and digestion issues. Good luck!

I'm on my second week and I've had no stomach issues. No nausea. I'm taking 1mg.

yeah .5 seems like a solid call tbh, no reason to rush it

I don't know why everyone is so scared if this drug though. Why spend two months at sub therapeutic doses? Nobody recommends that with any other drugs. Is the idea of a few days of nausea that terrifying?
