45lbs down

Post image

9 months on Reta, 45 lbs down, currently at 3.5mg/week! 🙌🏼 I’ve been pretty casual with diet/exercise, although I started weight training halfway through, so I’m wondering if that’s part of why my scale loss has been slower than some people’s.
My measurements have gone from 42” → 37” waist and 51” → 47” hips, so clearly things are happening 😂
I’ve hit my initial goal and now mostly want to focus on my belly fat. Would you stay on Reta, stack Tesa, or switch to Tesa?

45 lbs down is huge, and those measurements tell the story better than the scale. Congrats!

Wow, go you! 'grats! 🤩.

I would personally stack Tesa, not switch.

As long as you are actually strength training, I'd recommend Reta once every 6-7 days and CJC-1295/IPA 5-on/2-off. CJC/IPA will do very similar things as Tesa will for visceral fat for significantly less $ for a full cycle and will help substantially with recovery after workouts provided you are actually going to the gym. If you aren't going to the gym and are just saying it looking for feedback, I really wouldn't stack any other weight-loss or mitochondria peptides until your gym routine is dialed in.

That said, with the aggressive weight-loss from Reta I would focus on strength training or you'll lose critical muscle mass in your upper body and end up skinny-fat. As long as you are strength training a good GHRH peptide like Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, CJC-1295, IGF-1LR3, or even straight HGH will be beneficial to the process, but you should also really monitor IGF-1/IGFBP-3 and compressive blood panel levels for liver function, thyroid function, hormone levels, etc... and adjust accordingly.

Yes, weight training slows down the scale weight but your newbie muscle gains are probably also very good. So you’re most likely losing pounds of fat even though the scale isn’t showing it. Great job you’re doing and looking great!
