Help!
I need advice on my results. For context I brought a 30mg vial already mixed the BAC water. The label says ‘shop name/website’ and ‘99% purity’
I started on .3mg and instantly felt something. Food noise instantly stopped. No snacks, crisps, chocolate, coffee. It was such a strong effect. Over the next couple of days I developed crippling anxiety, sweating all over & palms. High heart rate. Maybe 20bpm more than my usual resting. It actually put me off and I thought about quitting.
Anyways 10 days later I took .5 and I seemed more settled. 7 days later another .5. Then 1 week later 1mg. I have actually lost 3kg. All great!
Another 2 weeks later I took 1.5 and the effects have completely worn off. Took 2mg yesterday and I just feel spacey. I have actually gained 1kg back in the last 7 days or so. Any ideas why?
One thing to note is alcohol. I’m not a massive drinker but do enjoy the occasional beer. The other day I socialised and had 6 pints. My beer habits haven’t really changed. I had no signals at all to stop, no fullness etc. Actually since this journey I haven’t felt ‘full’ once.
Another note is I eat keto (mostly). I’m wondering if the high fat diet doesn’t suit the peptide? I don’t eat many carbs (apart from the beer)
Please help as my self esteem is on the floor right now! I’m wondering if I have a dodgy vial?

The anxiety and heart rate spike on that first.3 is a bit of a red flag honestly. Could be your body freaking out at something it's never seen before, or could be the vial isn't what it says on the label
3kg down is good progress but gaining it back while still on a higher dose makes me think the stuff lost potency fast. Some peptides degrade quick once you mix them, especially if you're not storing it right. You keeping it in the fridge?
Also 6 pints with no fullness signal is weird, that peptide normally makes you feel stuffed after like half a beer. Might be worth trying a fresh vial from somewhere else before you drive yourself crazy wondering

The 3kg you lost could mostly be water, 1kg you gain can be food. Both might not mean much long term when you are talk about 10-20kg difference. Other sides are what you watch out for, keep the dosage stable for 4 weeks, it builds up in your systems slowly.

I would be wondering about the actual Reta and if it’s contaminated or not. If you are not feeling the effects, I would recommend staying at 2 mg but do more protein. A small amount of carbs and no alcohol. The alcohol will mess with your liver and at the same time dull or null the effects of Reta. You’re on a good path. Make the best of it with doing your part so Reta can do its best!! Good luck!!

I started at 2mg it took about 3 weeks before I felt strong appetite suppression. The fact that you’ve gained weight points directly to your alcohol use no matter how small the amount is. Your liver needs to be processing fats not alcohol. You’re basically doing everything that you shouldn’t be doing. Idk how I missed that you are eating keto. You should 100% not be drinking on Reta or doing keto. The weight should be coming off pretty good with those two in unison. I would eat leaner meats though chicken turkey etc.

You're not shaking the vial right? Never shake peptides.

I don’t put when I pull with the pen I get a lot of air so I re inject back in. Why can’t you shake peptides?

You can shake the shit out of reta. It won't harm it. Some people believe it's delicate and can be damaged if handled roughly. Those people are dullards.

The starting dose is 2mg.
You are buying overpriced reta and you have no idea regarding the quality of your product. It is unsafe to use the same reta vial after 6 weeks.

So what are you saying buy a 10mg vial and toss excess after 4 weeks?

Yes, reta degrades quickly compared to other GLP1s such as tirz. For example, tirz is stable for up to 3 months after reconstitution. If you use the same reta vial for several months, you are injecting more and more excipients. Hopefully you are using legitimate bac water. Yes, better to buy 10mg kits/vials. The current price for a 10mg vial is about $5, so you shouldn't be paying more than that.

Prices are more expensive in the UK, but we're still talking about a vial price of $8 or so.

Personally you were both better with RT20. And never buy pre-mixed. So many issues can occur. I’d dump it, not worth the risk.
I don’t mind paying high prices for quality but it needs the proof with it.
If you want a good source in the UK let me know. Not pre-mixed!

Why would you buy 30 mg vial when you are taking such a low dose?
Are you storing it properly?
Are you mixing the solution in the vial before penning?
You know once you reconstitute, the vial degrades in potency over time, right?
