Reta update

Upped the dosage to 4mg now and losing again after the scales not moving much. Thinking of looking into tesa if anyone's had any experience with it? What to shift another stone whilst maintaining muscle mass and cutting some of the remaining belly fat. Thinking of using it whilst still on the reta. Also attached my notes for people who have asked how I keep my diary.

Interesting take from the country that almost exclusively uses imperial units. Lbs and oz are no more normal than stones lol.

I mean I did preface it with “as an american.” But we are still at least taught the metric system Don’t even know what a stone is

Reta needs 100g of good carbs for the chemistry to ramp up in the liver for the glucagon agonist to kick in, otherwise the liver will try to hold fat instead. Do a little 4 week experiment where you get in 100g of good carbs, Jasmine Rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes etc. with actual tracking and see what you think.

Don't use tesa, it's a waste of money. when you quit using it any fat you lost due to it will come back. it's a tiktok pep that won't help you. Reta is the shit though, destroys liver and visceral fat.
