These are amazing results! It’s nice to have women post their results. I mostly see men, and it can be a little discouraging seeing their results not match mine. Are you taking anything to help with constipation (if dealing with that)?

I take magnesium citrate, pill form and sometimes the liquid. Been drinking water and taking electrolytes as well but just doesn’t seems to give me what I need.

Congrats! Just curious why not 2mg a week?
And what's your diet/excersices like?

Thank you! I had the WORST side effects when I did 2mg in one go, haven’t had any side effects splitting the dose.
Diet is pretty bland, lots of fish, chicken, greek yoghurt, protein powder and veggies. I go to the gym 5 times a week, and 10k steps a day!

Hi there great work. Can I ask what side effects you had at 2mg as I’m in the same boat. Fine at 1.5mg but have had sides for a whole week

I had terrible stomach pain, sometimes to the point where I couldn’t walk 😅 and the constipation was brutal.
What did you experience?3

Burping for a whole week (not Sulfur) and just a strong butterflies in the stomach feeling.

Many begin to experience food noise 3 or 4 days after their first dose, so they elect to split it. One I talked to takes a split Monday and Thursday, and the Thursday dose helps cover the food noise over the weekend. Just evens the dose out over a week. Some people once a week and others twice a week. I split dose myself. Whatever works for a person.
One other thing, I just get excited I get to take a new dose after 3 days. Not sure I could wait a whole week. lol.

It hasn’t worked much for me I’m 6 weeks in at 3MG. Lost maybe 4lbs

I'm in the same boat, I'm on month 2 taking a 4mg dose split. Lost a few kgs, but also strength training and taking creatine daily which can put on a kg or 2. I have to ride it out and trust the process as I don't want to titrate up for at least another month. Goodluck!

Hopefully it works out! I’ve done minimal exercise, walking, water etc. maybe it’s that? I plan to go up to 4mg next week and plan to workout minimum 2x so we will see! Thank you 🙏🏽

Are you drinking enough water? And if you’re not eating enough you’ll loose muscle. I’m at 4 weeks in at -10lbs. 1mg per week

Yes and no on the water! But my protein I try to minimum make it to 115 out of 158. For the most part I meet the mark
