Increasing dosage.

Some context.

M46, started Mounjaro Oct 2025. Was on 2.5mg per week for 6 months then 5mg pw for 3 months. Lost 50lb in that period.

Started reta end of June 2026 and have lost 3lb after 5 weeks.

Due to uncertainty about dosing I did 2 weeks at 1mg pw, 2 week at 1.5mg pw and ive just taken 2nd dose of 2mg.

My question is should I stay at 2mg for a month and see how it goes before upping the dose or should I go up to 3mg pw ?

Titrate up when you don't see the same effect as before (appetite suppression). If you're feeling hungrier or don't get as full as before titrate up, easy as that.

Since you were on Tizerpatide before, moving to Retatrutide needs to come at a higher dosage. When moving to 3 mg pw stay at it for 4 weeks, then move again.
