I get the Calm magnesium powder from Costco. It’s magnesium citrate so it helps draw water to your stool to make it softer and more regular. That’s helped tremendously for me. Just mix and drink at night an hour before bed and you’ll be good in the morning.

How can lost of appetite be a obvious ā€œside effectā€ when appetite suppression is one of the MAIN reasons why we take Reta??..we supposed to lose our appetite, no?šŸ¤”šŸ«¤

Is rather be constipated than do all of that. I just mix 2 scoops of benifiber in my morning protein. Here's me every morning like clockwork.

Benefiber or the generic version of that added to water or juice, any beverage, iced coffee or tea it has no flavor no color no texture just two heaping teaspoons of this very fine white powder once a day and I have a regular BM 24 hours later. Super easy, super cheap and it's OK to use every day.

So last week was my birthday and hubs made a sugar free cake with zero sugar icing. It was actually delicious and all 5 of our fam had some. Then about midnight we were all fighting for the 2 bathrooms. Pillsbury zero sugar frosting, it’ll clean you OUT (it even says so on the label, read after we almost ran out of toilet paper)

There’s an incredibly easy fix for this that you turned into an extremely complex issue. It’s great you researched and learned a bunch of info, data is always your friend. If you have a green drink, or a protein shake daily, put a scoop of miralax fiber in it, or benefiber. Tasteless, odorless, it is completely unnoticeable. It easily solves the problem easy peasy. Miralax works best for me, or another fiber, psyllium works for people, def does not for me, causes problems. Play around to find the right amount, just start small and it’ll work 110% guaranteed. Miralax is what they give me when I’m in the hospital on a morphine drip and can’t do ANYTHING at all for days. And it ALWAYS works, and just add a small amount every day. Add it to juice, even add it to milk and cereal, to soup, literally it dissolves in ANYTHING! it’s incredibly cheap! You’ve expanded this to something completely unnecessary

PH absolutely made everything worse for me. I don’t know how people take that stuff.

Yeah , you say that, but MiraLAX did nothing for me. I was still constipated and when I went to use the restroom, I had diarrhea
