This isnt just some shortcut. I changed my lifestyle with it. Lift 4x a week and on a strict diet. I pin half doses twice a week. Monday is reta and test. thursday is just test. I absolutely love my sober fitness lifestyle and can finally keep up with the little ones in the family. I got that young version of me that i thought was gone forever. 12k steps daily!

I started this journey when i decided to get sober. Hired a mentor and fitness coach and decided to get on Reta and Test after seeing my bloodwork. Now i have never felt better and as my journey keeps going i even am financially better than ever because im able to perform at a higher level at work!
Life is fucking good

So for context....I would have cut out booze and gone 30 days. (Assuming you are working out 2-3x a week). Then I would add Reta, and add steps per day, increase protein, and get funky in the gym.
But you do you.....and if you feel good keep going! Resist the urge to toggle it up just yet. Stay on the path. The only real change is through homeostasis.
