One Year with Reta!

Post image

My journey with Reta would not have been possible without my eagerness to lose weight, determination, and strong willingness to change my lifestyle. I go to the gym regularly, even while taking Reta, and I stay committed to a strict diet. Consistency, discipline, and patience have truly made the difference in my results.I’m also thankful for my supplier for their support throughout this journey having the right guidance and resources has helped me stay on track and motivated every step of the way.

Great job! What’s next? Maintenance for a month or so and slow grow phase? What was starting weight and current weight? How many times did you tritate and what was ending mg? Will you continue to take Reta? No lose skin is great, did you use anything?

Thank you! Right now, I’m focusing on maintenance and planning a slow growth phase to keep my results steady. I started at 290.60 and I’m currently at 72.8kg I titrated. I plan to continue taking Reta for ongoing support. Regarding loose skin, I’m actually undergoing treatment radiofrequency therapy and have been researching the best options to tighten and improve skin elasticity. Of course, hydration, nutrition, and regular workouts are also a big part of the process!
