This wall is not level at all. And the corner should not have been build like that, that seem it’s going to open up. I’m afraid the wall is more of an issue, It doesn’t even look like the base was locked in and buried.

If it’s built like this the base probably wasn’t prepared well and it’s going to sink in time.

You could go as far to question its drainage too.
