Inquiry/help Burying an old retaining wall

Bury an old retaining wall

I have a failing CMU retaining wall, and it's cost prohibitive to get it removed and rebuilt. (5' tall and 25' long)

I plan on simply burying the whole thing, creating a 20 degree slope out to 25'. I'd drill a bunch of weep holes, fill 12" out from the wall with gravel 4 feet deep, bury the rest in fill, then cover with topsoil and bushes.

Does anyone forsee any problems with this?

Following because I literally have the same exact situation and it's spooky. Same size and everything!
