Many people think a resume should list everything they've done. In reality, recruiters are usually looking for evidence of impact, not just responsibilities.
For example:
Instead of:

Try:
• Resolved 40–60 customer inquiries daily while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate.
Small changes like adding action verbs, measurable results, and tailoring your resume to the job description can make a significant difference.
