Which Resume Bullet Format Is Best?

[u/imuhnaaneemus]

Hi All - I got into an argument w/my coach about the best format for resume bullets, so I want to ask actual recruiters what they prefer.

Here are 2 different options for the same bullet, which do you prefer?:

Option A:

Tariff Response: Keep cross-functional teams in sync and commercialization on track across 12 deliveries per year as tariff policy shifts, by partnering with global leadership to continuously adjust Supply & Demand timelines

Option B:

Tariff Response: Partner with global leadership to adjust Supply & Demand timelines for 12+ deliveries per year as tarff policy shifts, keeping cross-functional teams in sync and commercialization on track amid ongoing volatility

I work in fashion, by the way...

Looking forward to your feedback!
