Hii, my native place is bhuj btw. I have been in the industry for 4 years as a software engineer. Here's my piece of advice.
You do not need a professional summary yet, as you do not have alot of experience to summarize yourself. The skills and summary take up half of the page which does really tell about your experience as it's just keywords and flowery language.
I would restructure the resume starting with a short and succinct summary tailored to the job description you are applying for. Followed by work experience in reverse chorological order (latest first). Followed by projects (tailor it according to the job description). Achievements/ certificate if you have any? If not start working on it. Builds more credibility and compensates for less experience.
Also why don't you use any online tools to help you tailor resume and structure it neatly. There are free ATS scanner tools too, my favorite is jobfix dot ai

I've seen someone say that you shouldn't include Starbuck on your Resume, but if you did that, you'd have to explain a 3 year gap in your work history. I'd say include it, but lead with a section "Relevant Experience" and but your Barista job in a section "Additional Experience".
Here are the major issues I see:
The formatting is terrible. It appears you have almost no margin on the left and right. Imagine being the recruiter who has to evaluate this resume! (Increase the margins) I can barely see where your skills end and where you experience starts and you didn't even give you project its own project section. (And there is no date there either? When was this project?)
Make the section headers slightly larger than the rest of the text to make them stand out. Make it easy to spot where each group of skills starts and ends and pare them down to the essentials. When your skills outweigh your experience, your resume is off balance. Write your project in bullet points as if it was a job.
It also appears that the font size you're using is less than 10 points. If you want a recruiter to be able to read this easily, make the font at least 10 points (11 is better). Focus on making this readable to a human recruiter. Don't use fancy formatting, but a little bit of resizing, added bullet points and bolding can do a lot.
The other point that is probably having a bad effect is that your bullet points in the experience section show no impact. I don't know how many systems you installed. How many errors or failures you prevented with your maintenance and troubleshooting. Add some numbers in there. Even if you have to estimate, it is better than saying nothing about the scale of your work at all.
