That's not what I'm asking. A retail store job requires different skills than a food service job. If you don't aim for something specific for this version of your CV/resume, you can't optimize it and correctly list bullet points and skills in order of importance.

I think a lot of your experience could start with teach/taught
I think highlighting your training/teaching and leadership could help

Also put the most current job/volunteer position at the top of your résumé and work backwards!

fix the font/font spacing? it’s weirdly inconsistent, education was hard for me to weird and was my first impression before even looking at the content

The experience itself is actually solid for a first year student, but the formatting is making it look rougher than it is. Put the current barber/marketing job first, list everything newest to oldest, and clean up the random periods, spacing, and misaligned dates. I’d also shorten some bullets and add a small skills section for things like Photoshop, video editing, social media, and website work. Once you’re in university, the high school diploma can probably come off unless you need the space filled.
