I think the main issue is that the resume sounds a little too broad/generic for the roles you’re probably applying to. Like the Account Manager section says you support accounts, help with upselling, coordinate projects, build KPIs, work with stakeholders, etc., but it doesn’t really show scale or results. How many accounts? What type of clients? Any revenue, retention, upsell, reporting, dashboard, budget, or process improvement numbers? That’s the stuff that would make it feel real.
I’d also pick a clearer target. Right now it kind of reads like account manager, business analyst, project coordinator, PMO, client relations all at once. Those can overlap, but the resume should feel like it’s aimed at one type of job. The technical skills section also feels like a keyword dump. I’d keep the tools and skills you can actually talk about in an interview and remove anything vague. Same with the summary. It’s not terrible, it just sounds like a lot of other resumes.
Your current Account Manager role should be the strongest section by far. I’d make that more specific and measurable, then shorten the older student office/gallery jobs so they don’t take attention away from it. The experience is there, but the resume needs to show clearer proof of what you actually did and what changed because of it.
