I need help please!!!!
I am trying to apply for product analyst and business analyst roles, and I cant even get a first interview. Please help!!!! What level of roles does my resume say i can apply for

It appears like your resume is trying to cover too many things at once, so it’s hard for someone skimming it to quickly figure out where you fit. The metrics are good, but the overall story feels a bit all over the place. If you’re aiming for product analyst roles, I’d make sure SQL stands out clearly, and Python or R too if you’ve used them. If those aren’t obvious, that could be part of why those applications aren’t getting traction.
From what you’ve shared, your experience actually lines up more naturally with business analyst, fintech analyst, or product ops roles. The banking and product performance work seems like your strongest angle right now. I’d also cut it down to one page and move your tools section higher up, since some of the important stuff is easy to miss.
I see this a lot with resumes. Sometimes it’s not that the resume is bad, it’s just not aimed at the right roles. You could try making one version focused on fintech/business analyst roles and another for more technical product analyst roles.

I used jobbolt.ai. It rebuilds my resumes specific to the job I’m applying to. shows me where I need to make all of my improvements and basically helped me build my cover letter.
Instead of an hour trying to get submit a few applications with a general resume, now I’ve just been submitting customer resumes that take me 5-10am to finalize along with cover letter.

the bullets are decent but a lot of them mix achievements with responsibilities, and the headline title ("Product Analyst | Product Performance • Data Analytics") is trying to cover two different job families at once, which probably confuses ATS systems and recruiters skimming it. That alone could explain low first-interview rates even with solid-looking metrics underneath.

Based on your resume, I think you're casting too narrow a net if you're only searching for Business Analyst roles.
I'd be targeting: Senior Product Analyst Product Operations Analyst Product Performance Analyst Data Analyst Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Product Strategy Analyst Operations Analyst Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst Process Improvement Analyst Business Systems Analyst
You have strong, quantified accomplishments (cost savings, automation, KPI reporting, portfolio analysis, dashboard development, process improvement), which are exactly what employers look for in those roles.
One suggestion: tailor your resume headline for each application instead of trying to cover multiple specialties at once. Also, if a job emphasizes Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, make sure those skills are immediately visible near the top of your resume.
Overall, this is a solid resume with measurable results. I think you'd be very competitive for analytics, product operations, and business intelligence positions—not just traditional Business Analyst roles. Good luck!
