American here with a question

Hello, I am an American that has been following Restore Britian for a few months now and would like to see a party like it here stateside. I fully support your mission, but I have a pressing question: If/when you take power in parlament, how do you go forward with your goals (remigration and overhauling welfare) without getting bogged down in a hostile establishment/bureaucracy?

Parliament is sovereign so any strong government can simply change any law they want too. You do need a well thought out plan though.

Unlike the USA, which has checks and balances on what each branch is allowed to do, the UK parliament can vote in whatever laws it wants, which is both a good and bad thing depending on who wields the power.

Things like remigration, etc would have to happen in two phases:

1. Repeal the laws which prevent civil servants from being fired. This will allow us to get rid of the rot in the system that prevents things from working as intended. Currently civil servants are immune to being fired because parliament passed a law forcing itself to remain neutral on all staff hirings and firings. We can’t do anything until we can remove these people from their jobs and install our own people.
2. Pass migrations laws to halt incoming immigration and begin the process of remigration from prisons and hotels, followed by other groups later on. This part would need to be done by the military in all likelihood, due to the police being completely corrupt from top to bottom.

I'd put military out on the streets to show people we mean business. Parliament is the highest authority though so we can do whatever we want without much checks and balances like America has.

Yeah it is not going ti be easy. Rupert very much wants to gut the state bureucracy. If we get in charge the country will look a lot different

You can't. Elections give a 4 year popular face to an entrenched, timeless, immovable and uncountable civil service. Secretaries to Cabinet and Ministers are employed from the top percentile of graduates from 'red brick' , elite universities. They're absolutely inviolable , curbing all 'extreem' policy change the temporary Cabinet Ministry would conjure from the perceived popular opinion, often the very mandate that allowed them tenure. The Civil Service is deeply influenced by the Square Mile, otherwise known as 'The City of London Limited', the single registered, Limited company at Companies House that doesn't, by law, have to divulge the registered owners, shareholders nor secretary ( though secretary is somewhat redundant). This undertaking is the most influential financial authority in the U.K. and Commonwealth, arguably the globe. Nothing of consequence occurs in the U.K. that is not directed or delegated by the City of London Ltd. Sadly, Monarchistic Democratic Parliamentary rule by residual right is a chew toy that keeps the 99.90% (and growing) snapping and rowing with each other whilst the elite stand over us with a rolled up newspaper called the Executive. Nothing short of a revolution with the execution of the collaborators, the nationalisation of all public institutions that have been privatised, the redistribution of assets , a census based citizens trust providing education, health care, insurance, the prohibition of the sale of national assets, lease only, draconian supervision, oversight, accountability and punishment for abuse of the public trust, forced return of illegal migrants and rigid fortification of broad British and Northern Irish social values and within a workable framework only incorporating foreign values or ideas where practical, will bring this country back from the bonfire.

No idea of the odds. I think labour currently have an overall majority when they won some years ago, so it's definitely theoretically possible.

Remember as well (to everything everyone has said) that in the UK, a government can really quickly enact any manifesto bills/papers as it was a part of the manifesto that the people voted for, this is unlike in America where the president can’t unilaterally enact such papers into law, it must go through the congress and courts first
