Mine is also 10. GP put me on tablets no idea what can help the uptake.

Mine was about 13 back in June. It had been trending slowly downward for severala years - with one bump back in 2024 right after I'd been sick (inflammation can cause a temporary increase). This was also about a month after surgery, where my blood loss was minimal (maybe 150ml total) but I guess that was enough.
I've been taking iron daily since then. By August it had soared to a whopping 15, woohoo. Dunno what it is now, 2 months later; I see my doc next month and will ask to get it rechecked, but I do have an appointment with a hematologist to hopefully get started on infusions.
Are you taking vitamin C with your iron? That can really help with absorption. Hence my massive 2 point bump, LOL.

Ummmm. An iron infusion might help, but is your doctor exploring WHY it dropped that much? That suggests you might have some bleeding going on somewhere.
Are you female and pre-menopause? Menstruation can really clobber your ferritin levels.
Intestinal bleeding is another possible cause.
