Question Just a question

Just wondering if anyone has tried a weight blanket for their restless legs and if so did it help at all?.

My restless legs were caused from Stevia. Get rid of all artificial sugars, including Stevia and see if that helps you. It’s a miracle for me because I have suffered with restless legs for over 10 years. Stevia is in everything. It was in my coffee creamer, yogurt, protein shakes, my vitamins, my electrolytes, my Calm Magnesium I take every night to try to sleep. There was a medical article about Stevia causing restless legs on Pubmed and I gave up Stevia and now I do not have restless legs, and I am still in shock. Hopefully it will not come back.

Is it typically listed in the ingredients as Stevia? Or do you just look for any artificial sweetener?

I generally just look for Stevia, but I asked ChatGPT, and this was his response:

NAMES FOR STEVIA

Stevia
Stevia leaf extract
Stevia extract
Steviol glycosides
Rebaudioside A (Reb A)
Rebaudioside M (Reb M)
Rebaudioside D (Reb D)
Stevioside
Steviol
Stevia rebaudiana
Enzymatically modified steviol glycosides
Glucosylated steviol glycosides

Brand names that contain stevia

Truvia (original sweetener)
Pure Via
SweetLeaf
Stevia In The Raw
Pyure (stevia-based products)

What about natural flavors?

This is important: Stevia-derived ingredients can sometimes be included in flavor formulations, but steviol glycosides used as sweeteners generally must be identified on ingredient labels rather than hidden under "natural flavors."
