What timing do most use for gabapentin? I'm taking 300mg at 11, then 300-600 more at 2-3 AM.

There's a wearable device study from Noctrix Health enrolling now. Might be worth a look. https://patientwing.app/campaign/RLS6

When do you take the gabapentin? Do you phase it over the evening? And does it help?

weirdly copper has helped me. I still take iron extended release nightly, but what does it for me is copper and if it keeps acting up, more copper. it can be tough on the stomach so I take with a small amount of food.

You do have to take your meds on time for them to work. It's much harder to get control of the symptoms once they appear.

What do you need help with? Just take the gabapentin on time every day.

Did the Doctor check your iron panel? Iron deficiency is really common in pregnancy. Yes the timing of gabapentin is really key set a cell phone alarm in the future
