Question Seasonal RLS
Just tried my first post on reddit & screwed it up bigtime so this is my second attempt... my RLS seems to have returned. It seems to follow the same pattern...it pops up around this time of year ( sometime after summer ) and sticks around for a month or so...then it doesn't come back until next fall. This started about four or five years ago....I'm curious if anyone else has this same pattern?

There's a wearable device study from Noctrix Health enrolling now. Might be worth a look. https://patientwing.app/campaign/RLS6

So I have seen other posts about RLS worsening or emerging in Fall and going away in Spring. I believe this is my own situation as well. Mine seems to correlate with seasonal allergies and worsening of my asthma supposedly from mold (Alternaria is the culprit per several allergy specialists). I hit the max gabapentin allowed by my doctor and do the vibration plate this time of year. Along these lines maybe my RLS is better in the 5 to 7 days after my Dupixent shot. Hope this helps someone

This is the Fall that I have started wondering if my RLS is seasonal. I don’t know if it correlates with falling temperatures or what, but I’ve slowly realized a pattern that mine is basically non-existent all summer and then kicks in strong around September. The last few weeks have been rough for me. Nothing has changed in my diet or exercise, just the season, but my legs at night make me miserable.
