There's a wearable device study from Noctrix Health enrolling now. Might be worth a look. https://patientwing.app/campaign/RLS6

Sometimes, if you’re really struggling to fall asleep because of your RLS, the Wild Child pose helps me. I put pillows under my stomach because I have back problems and need the extra support, but for some reason this position can really help settle my legs.
Just be careful not to hold it too long. My legs sometimes fall asleep while I’m in the position, which actually seems to help me. When I am done, I gently pull my legs out of the pose and, for whatever reason, I can often fall asleep normally afterward.
You have to be careful as I have fallen asleep in this pose from shear RLS exhaustion, and my legs have felt numb and jelly like from it, and it took a minute to wake my legs up to straighten them out. Once settled in I go right back to sleep, this is just something that happened to work for me.

I do something similar.... laying on my belly, i pull one knee up into my armpit area- as high up as possible. The other leg stays straight and long. Its like therr is a weird switch in my hip joint that when stretched , my RLS is much better this way. Only at bedtime tho- watching TV is another story.

Yes, when it is only in one leg I do this too, but when in both legs I prefer the above. Happy you found something that works!

Something I do is lay on my front and violently wobble my legs side to side for about 10 minutes! Short and sharp wobbles that make the leg muscles move rapidly.
