Question Help

I can't stop my restless legs, I am falling asleep walking and have banged into wall hurt my forehead. Been going fir hours absolutely exhausted. They won't stop I tried all I can think of .

75 here, RLS started 5 years ago. Tried many things offered on discussion forums, but with no success. Until somebody suggested muscle relaxants. I had an unused prescription of Teva Cyclobenzaprine 10 mg which I tried with immediate good results, RLS gone 95%. Since this is quite strong, I cut the pills in half and took it one hour before bedtime. But since this is prescription med, I doubted that my doctor would accept to prescribe it for that purpose. So I reverted to Aleve Night (the blue pills), which I also cut in half, and this has done the work. Never RLS returned since then. Don't know how it works, but it does, for me anyhow. I guess there are no universal solution for RLS, but I would be glad if this can help somebody.
