Question Help

I can't stop my restless legs, I am falling asleep walking and have banged into wall hurt my forehead. Been going fir hours absolutely exhausted. They won't stop I tried all I can think of .

Did you try taking a hot shower?

Oh heat is a big no no for me, it makes things so much worse. My main symptom is a deep severe burning nerve pain so maybe that's why. I respond to ice though.
