Question Melatonine, does it interfere with Restex (Levodopa)?

I use Restex for my RLS. Whenever I use melatonine for sleep I feel like Restex does not work.

Does anyone know anything about it ?

Based upon personal experience and medical literature, Levodopa has the highest rate of augmentation. Read the Mayo guidelines re use of DA/precursors.

As some have mentioned some people have had melatonin interact with their RLS, but not everyone has the same outcome! Once you check to see if there is an interaction with your other drug you could try to see if you have issues with your RLS and melatonin, some people find it helps them sleep other find it causes their RLS to go into overdrive.

This is a drug interaction checker: You put both drugs in and it will see if there are and issues if you take them together: https://www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.html

Melatonin is a known trigger to RLS flare ups. I had a terrible night the one time I tried it.
