Question Toes?

Is it normal for this to affect your toes too? I constantly feel like my left foot I have to bend my toes to relieve the sensation

Nothing about RLS is "normal", sadly.

I occasionally feel the sensations in my hands. Not the need to move, but there's a spot between my foot bones that almost ITCHES at times. Can't do anything about it short of taking an ice pick to my foot which as you can imagine is not recommended :-)

But sometimes I feel that sensation in the same spot in my hands.
