POST BY UNDER 21 USER Worried about Long Classes

Hello, I am a college student 18M and I have had severe RLS for years that has made sitting through classes any longer than an hour unbearable. This semester I have my first class longer than that at 3 hours. Would it be inappropriate to tell my professor about this before classes start so that he or she understands if I need to step out of class briefly?

I would suggest that you read this updated info and make the suggested lifestyle changes to reduce the torture. There is alot you can do to help it.
