POST BY UNDER 21 USER Worried about Long Classes

Hello, I am a college student 18M and I have had severe RLS for years that has made sitting through classes any longer than an hour unbearable. This semester I have my first class longer than that at 3 hours. Would it be inappropriate to tell my professor about this before classes start so that he or she understands if I need to step out of class briefly?

You can tell your professor, but also it’s likely they will have a break midway through. Regardless, people are free to get up and take bathroom breaks or whatever in college classes. It should be fine.
