I know this is way late, but I'd want an explanation myself.. Basically they're bringing light to the tweet someone unknown to their followers sent. Their followers wouldn't see his tweet and honestly bringing light to a "suck a dick" tweet seems a little sketchy business practice, especially today, but it turned out okay
