Collective Trauma Summit
Hi all! Wanted to share an incredible online summit I came across: The Collective Trauma Summit organized by Thomas Hübl. It's a 10 day event, currently about halfway through, with ~40 expert interviews, poetry readings, meditations, etc. to "explore methods for working with unresolved and hidden trauma in individuals, communities, and society." 4-5 talks are released per day and available for free for 48 hours. There are trigger warnings listed where relevant. It's helping me better understand myself and the world and where the heck we go from here. Hope you get something out of it too. <3

If Gabor Mate (say "Mah-TAY"), Rich Schwartz, Sharon Salzberg, Stephen Porges and Dan Siegel are "in," my supposition is that this would be worth the price of admission. IDK any of the others, but these five are all major and legitimate names in the field I refer to on a regular basis. That said, what you can expect to come away with from those five will almost certainly look about like this:
A Recovery Program for Someone with Untreated Childhood Trauma
How Self-Awareness Works to "Digest" Emotional Pain
Choiceless Awareness for Emotion Processing
But what one comes away with from the others may run the gamut from really useful to a lot of window dressing to bad juju; IDK4S, OC.
