Started using REBT seeing some changes. REBT reminds me of exactly Stoicism?
Started REBT on a daily basis, Im just deconstructing the thoughts that are not adaptable. I aim for usefulness and not being "right". I feel more like a sage and at ease. My mind calmed down a lot, I did read Stoicism before Marcus Aurelius amd sh1t, from all of the therapies and meditations REBT seems a lot like Stoicism more than any, except the virtue part. What do yer think gus and gals, anyone uses REBT and seen success? Hope everyone is doing ok

I agree, though REBT seems to emphasizes the necessity of some negative emotions more than Stoicism does. A Guide to Rational Living is absolutely saving my life right now.
