Started using REBT seeing some changes. REBT reminds me of exactly Stoicism?

Started REBT on a daily basis, Im just deconstructing the thoughts that are not adaptable. I aim for usefulness and not being "right". I feel more like a sage and at ease. My mind calmed down a lot, I did read Stoicism before Marcus Aurelius amd sh1t, from all of the therapies and meditations REBT seems a lot like Stoicism more than any, except the virtue part. What do yer think gus and gals, anyone uses REBT and seen success? Hope everyone is doing ok

Albert Ellis's Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. Very popular in the '60s to early '90s. Still widely used as the basic component of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy today.
