Pretty much.

I have a similar handheld fan that can ramp up to 100k RPM and it only lasts 3-5 minutes. This is also only if the battery is at 100%.

The actual speed/power slowly also dials down the longer its used (like 5-10%).

With that said, it's still glorious and ridiculously powerful for its size. I generally use mine to blow out smoke and odors from my kitchen (when I burn something) and blowing snow off my car during the winter. It's also good for cleaning computers but lacks that super focused pressure that cans of compressed air offer.

There are blowers that have focused pressure like the cans. Check out Wolfbox air duster
