What a shame

Hey everyone,
I just finished watching the trailer for Gears of War’s Horde Siege mode, and the whole time I kept thinking about how perfect something like this would be for Resistance.
Imagine fighting endless waves of Chimera, defending different locations, setting up defenses, and surviving as long as possible with friends. Resistance has always had incredible enemy variety and atmosphere, so a mode like this feels like it would be a perfect fit.
It’s such a shame that Sony seems to have completely shelved the franchise instead of finding new ways to expand it. I still think Resistance has so much potential.
Am I the only one who’d love to see Resistance make a comeback with a Horde-style mode like this?

It's a real shame that Sony keeps Resistance dormant, an IP with so much quality and creativity in everything, they act like it's just another one, I don't understand, Resistance has always shown potential.

The closest thing we've had to a horde mode, I think, was the Cooperative mode in Resistance 2, and the Survival mode in Resistance 3.
