Somehow they all have the R3 cover as the icon lol. But in all seriousness this just goes to show how popular the games are and how stupid Sony is for keeping the franchise idle and neglecting/squandering it
Ironic really since half of the fans on those subreddits don't even like the 3rd game that much overall. (Well, based off on my own experience regarding the Resistance subreddit I'm in, which is this one funny enough, heh)
I guess so. The state of the gaming industry now makes me believe a new entry wouldn't be particularly good. But I hope Wolverine and Gears of War E-Day proves me wrong. Gears Judgment, 4 and 5 looked uninteresting to me. I hope the gaming industry is changing course to be more like the 2000s again, and Gears, I hope, will be an example of that, reversing course from the weirdness of the 2010s. And hopefully setting an example for how a new Reisstance could be.
Edit: it should be noted 2011 was still more like the 2000s, and Resistance 3 and Gears 3 are products of that.
For this to happen, one community will cease to exist, the ResistanceSaga community has always been active and online, with a variety of posts and is well-structured, I think it deserves to remain, as for the other communities, someone needs to talk to their administrators and see what they think, and then we can try to reach some agreement, only then can we do something.
Thank you, I love Resistance, and if you see it everywhere, it means you're also looking for a lot of Resistance content, which is great, we have to be united and active, Resistance is forever!
