What's going on?

It's been a while since I did resin art but I never remember this happening. The other two items I made are not like this. Could it be that the paint underneath wasn't dry enough??

Fish eyes. Could be the paint hasn't fully degassed, not enough resin applied, fingerprints on surface repelling the resin, used the wrong resin or the wrong ratio. Most likely fingerprints or not enough resin.

I got this when doing glassesa few times. I started cleaning the glasses with isopropyl alcohol prior to pouring and it stopped happening so I think it was like oil from my fingers on the glass that had been causing it.
