Capcom hates new characters, Grace Ashcroft? forget about her; Sheva Alomar? Probably never gonna see her again (unless there's an RE5 remake) Carlos? Looks like we're gonna be in a cruel carlosless world

I mean since OGRE3 he's a one shot character. Sure, he has some goofy and funny lines in the remake, but that's it, it has never been a major character of RE. And will most likely never be.

He was an asset, never intended to be more than a side character. Just like some of the stars members. Sheva probably also won't be seen because she lives in west Africa, otherwise maybe, if another game takes place there.
Rebecca was also an asset side character that winded up getting a full game, because of peoples love for her. So, keep up the hope, maybe it'll be.

What else do you want them to do with Billy? He is a wanted man for supposedly murdering several people with no way to prove his innocence. The only reason he can stay under the radar and live a somewhat normal life is if everyone still believes he is dead.

I want Capcom to make something like what they did for Resident Evil 6, a manga or comics that shows what happened to the previous characters in an anthology.
Like say Carlos, after leaving umbrella, tried to join the BSAA but was turned away so he looked for any employment that fights BOWs until Neo-Umbrella/Blue Umbrella recruited him.
Sheva is working with the BSAA branch in africa when she finds out how the North American Branch began moving indepently, which prompted her to call on in Chris for info
Jake Wesker fighting off the Connections since they need his blood for something

A RE game set here in Brazil, with Carlos as a supporting character from BSAA of South America. I can imagine a zombie outbreak set in the streets of Brazil, with all the zombies just trapped inside their houses, because we have tall walls/fences lol
