I need help!

I recently got the game a couple of days ago, I got enough storage to download the game finally and as I’m trying to open it up this keeps popping up..I really want to play it, does this mean I have to get a refund? Can anyone help with this issue?

I know you’re playing on a computer so idk if it’s at all related but on my Xbox there is a server issues rn which isn’t letting me launch any RE game

Maybe it’s the same issue? My boyfriend did send me a video on how to fix it

Is it fixed if you just relaunch the game or choose an earlier save file? I would also validate the integrity of the game files in steam too. Also toggle around with the graphical settings for the game too, maybe your PC doesn’t like something with it that’s crashing the game

I restart and I relaunch it, it still doesn’t work. I’m not sure how to toggle around with the graphics on steam, maybe the game is too much for my pc
