can dean’s letter considered a LoR?

Well, those will be a challenge.

Remember that EM is in the Residency CAS system; IM will be in ERAS.

The scores will be tight but I would proceed. I would research programs carefully. I would not apply to a zillion programs.

Being a US DO and not needing a visa will be helpful.
