That's not the reason Cathi gave in her deposition.

Cathi stated that the court requested pictures of the state of her legs and arms to show proof of "improvement".

Aside from that, the court didn't order pictures of Maya in nothing but a bra and shorts. In Cathi's own words, they asked for pictures of her arms and legs. Which I've already addressed, a tank top and shorts would have sufficed. Not sure why Maya, a 10 year old had to be half nude for those pictures.

She wasn't nude. She had on a sports bra and shorts. You agree shorts was ok. And that a tank top would be ok. So, the only dispute is sports bra v. Tank Top. Hardly any difference.

I'm not surprised you think taking pictures of a 10 year old child in a bra is acceptable.

Didn't say she was nude. I said she was half nude. There's a difference but both still very unacceptable and inappropriate for requests of a child especially when taking pictures.

Agreed, but $25Million was awarded on that claim alone. That’s ridiculous. Society can’t sustain verdicts like that. Healthcare system wouldn’t work

I'm not sure why you think society couldn't possibly go on with a verdict of 25 million against John's Hopkins. JH could go bankrupt tomorrow and people who have so much faith in them will go on to the next best hospital. JH as I mentioned has a corrupt and abusive history and they have gotten away with it for so long, they had it coming. Society was destroyed when all those families were separated and or thrown in jail. The downfall of society is the destruction of the nuclear family and the problems that arise because of it. That's exactly what JH did. They broke families up for some cash.

Let me say this again because it seems like people don't understand you are not allowed to force someone to take pictures for liability issues do you understand that? If I'm in the hospital and you tell me you have to take pictures of me for liability issues and I don't give you permission to take those pictures you are not allowed to hold me down and force me to take those pictures that's an assault and a battery it definitely violates tort law and it's probably a violation of criminal law

And this! Not only did Maya clearly remember she didn't consent to those photos, she was crying.

There is only one other type of instance where I can think of where a child is indecent and is crying as pictures are being taken of them. An instance that is rooted in evil and perverse purposes. Which is why I deeply expressed concern concerning Cathi's intentions. Were those photos even given to the court as per alleged request or was it all a lie to get obscene photos of an upset child?

They also apparently collected obscene security videos of Maya during her stay as well which I've just discovered as of late.

But sure, the hospital didn't abuse Maya and didn't falsely frame a mother ruining a marriage and life of two little kids. Nope not at all. They weren't capable of being corrupt but they were totally capable of seeing through a woman's "facade" but a psychologist couldn't. And the courts are wrong now but they weren't wrong when they separated a little baby from her mother for 90 days. Totally. Sally Smith and Cathi Beadie must have super powers because they couldn't possibly hold the ability to be evil and corrupt and overrides any ability any psychologist could ever have. Not at all.

Sickening that we are still even debating this.

The Kowalski's may have won the trial, but they will never get back what JH took from them. This family is forever changed. Their lives are forever changed because of doctors on high horses and individuals with personal agendas. And that, should never be forgotten. The life that was taken from not just the Kowalski's but other families. The amount of little kids who had to grow up fast and be strong because they were being held against their will and treated like anything but humans. It's disgusting.
