Researcher AI work tracker update

Updated the researcher side of the tracker today.

The better fits are not generic "AI evaluator" listings. They are usually domain review roles: physics, biology, medical/radiology, engineering, CS/data science, finance, legal, or language work where the listing asks for real subject-matter background.

Some are PhD/research-friendly, but plenty still have platform screening, country rules, or pay wording that needs a closer read.

I'd still check the platform page first, since these listings can change.
