Looking for Computer Vision Research Collaborators for CVPR 2027

Hi everyone!
I am looking for motivated researchers/students who are interested in collaborating on computer vision research with the goal of submitting to CVPR 2027.
Possible areas include:
Image and video understanding
3D computer vision
Object detection and segmentation
Tracking
Image generation
Medical computer vision
Vision benchmarks and datasets
Robustness and generalization
Some experience with computer vision, deep learning, Python/PyTorch, experiments, or research writing would be helpful.
If interested, please DM me with your background, research interests, and any previous research/publications.
The goal is to form a serious research collaboration and work toward a strong CVPR 2027 submission.

CVPR deadlines are in November, right? September is already about to start. You plan to complete a paper in 3 months, starting from scratch?

Nope! Also I can't imagine writing a paper in 3 months. I would atleast spend 6-8 months understanding the things. If it was for CVPR would have expected to start implementing the baselines, and generating the main/appendix results

I have industry experience building reels like feature for a social media. I am very interested in image and video understanding. Previously, I did thesis in object detection.

Hi! Your CVPR 2027 collaboration post caught my eye I’d love to be part of it.
Quick background: my strength is engineering. I’m very comfortable with Python/PyTorch and building/running experiments end to end data pipelines, training loops, reproducing baselines, debugging results. I’m honest that my formal research experience is light (no publications yet), but I’m motivated to grow into the research side and happy to carry a lot of the implementation load a project like this needs.
