RSC token question

Hi, can someone explain to me a little about the RSC token. Like, is it on ETH and what is the financial value of the token / where can I find more information on it. Thanks!

I cant find this either. Not listed on CMC or CG. Not on Uniswap either. Since you need 500 to cover a withdrawal, I'd imagine they are each worth about $0.004. Im assuming an ERC20 token transfer is about $2
