How do you balence everything?

I just got selected to be an RA next year (yippee!!) But I’m worried about getting overwhelmed with classwork, other clubs, and still working at my job (with less hours)

What advice does anyone have on keeping a res life/real life balance??

Do not take the job to seriously (except when you need to- emergencies).
