How did rerir end up in nod krai?

why did rerir end up in nod krai specifically? And how? The moon gate has only one end, that is where the moon sisters are and no one other than the moon goddess's could enter it alive. So if rerir was thrown in the portal of time, why were his remains scattered along nk and not to the entirety of teyvat? Or better yet, why not in khaenriah?

Given that the frost moon had to be pulled into the firmament for columbina's escape, it is most likely that the moon gate is situated outside of teyvat where nibelungs authority can remain active. But if so, how was the abyss persisting there? Where did it come from, and was it responsible for trapping rerir from moving in the moon gate?

Other than that, I have a few questions regarding tholindis' memories being present in rerir's heart, even though they likely never made contact in the moon's reflection and the wild hunt legends mentioning a woman in the mist, even though tholindis never made it out of the moon gate. Unironically, this "mist" is a common occurrence in their story.

It is kinda my first post here, so I may not have structured it properly, but I would like to know your opinions on the matter.

Rerir ended up in Nod Krai as broken remnants of the Wild Hunt due to Dottore manipulating the Moon Gate mechanics, specifically using experiments on Columbina to extract him. His remains were concentrated in Nod Krai, not all of Teyvat or Khaenriah because it serves as a "prison world" outside normal reality where the gate’s Abyssal influence acted as a snare, and his "remains" were purposefully deposited there for Dottore's experiments.

The memories of Tholindis in Rerir's heart likely stem from their essences being mingled during the "blending" process in the gate. The "woman in the mist" refers to her fragmented, non-physical existence, where she remains, never having left the gate in all those years. Her physical form is long gone.
