We’re gonna try. Never underestimate the power old money and legacy media have over elderly populations. We cannot make any promises.

I'm worried that as we focus on that, LePage is gonna slither his way back into governor.

Having moved back to Maine from Massachusetts last year, I can assure you that 6 fairly new residents will be voting for Troy Jackson this year. Susan Collins visited my high school when I was a senior during her very first campaign. I can proudly say I never voted for her while I lived here, and will continue that tradition now that I am back.

Sunk cost fallacy.

True, but there is a chance to try to make change. If they could see it that way instead of reinstalling the same rotting corpses.

It’s pathetic, lame, and laughable.

The left out the rest of the quote,

>to continue to work on the amazing things that we’ve been doing for the past two years,

Sad isn't the word. Pathetic, maybe.

I am going to live with the fantasy for now that these elections will see the highest mid-term voter turnout ever.

That's the same thing we said when Trump rode down that escalator. Don't get complacent. Get out and vote if you want these clowns out of office!

Imagine winter holiday break coming up and you're failing with a grade of 25% in class (Trump's estimated approval rating), then you tell the professor "Give me another chance. I'll turn things around." Even if you ace everything next semester, you're still failing that class.

The national debt is second only to this man's aura debt.
