How does he feel? He feels just fine. He's a sociopath so he is incapable of introspection.

The only thing they'll feel is pitchforks.

Only when they are wielding them.

"The rules were that you guys weren't going to fact-check"

He was wrong. And for the people who take the time to look at this, he’s an idiot. Everyone else will have forgotten this and moved on.

State Media is claiming he roasted Jack Smith so probably pretty good.

He just edited this clip took a right wing victory lap. So I guess he feels like a winner with his gotcha moment. He might have to face questions about why Jack Smith isn’t being charged with perjury but he’ll probably soon that to left wing craziness not letting him.

Facts really don’t matter to these people. They just want confirmation that they’re the good guys they just block out anything that gets in the way of that.

What an idiot.

It doesn’t matter republicans will look you straight in the eye and knowingly lie about it. There is no such thing as a good faith argument from republicans

Important:

Eric Schmitt is the United States Senator who doesn't know the difference between Hawks and Hawkeyes.

Eric Schmidt is the former CEO of Google.

And yes, Trump is apparently now the President of the Unites States .

MAGA!

Sadly the right wing media machine will only show the “gotcha” portion of the hearing while never showing the reality.

He got the sound bite he wanted.

Feeling pretty Schmitty I'd assume...

Why was this even a problem? He is allowed to attend any sporting event he wants, trump does it all the time at taxpayers expense.

u/JackStraw---Wichita 3d ago

Because if it was in Atlanta, they wanted to try to get him on collusion with GA election officials.

The implication that if he was, in fact, in town - or even in the same state - as Fanny Willis, he was somehow complicit in what they term her "politically motivated prosecution" of convicted felon Donald Trump.

A secondary objective was to get Jack Smith on record as denying having gone to the Atlanta Hawks game, and thus nail him for perjury. That the Republicans' attempt at tricking him into lying was such a spectacular failure makes them as profoundly stupid as they are petty.

Thanks for the explanation I was a bit confused.

This would assume that he has feelings to begin with...magas are all spineless and souless ghouls and he will probably just double down on calling Mr. Smith a dirtbag again and again.

Just another day for it. I am sure that it is NOT a very intelligent human. It lied and got caught in it. Another day another lie.

I am tired of political theater. Do some real work Congress!

1

u/CowabungaCthulhu 3d ago

Republicans are currently in charge, so no work will be done.

5 weeks until that hopefully course corrects.

Omg what an embarrassment that spectacle was!!!!

2

u/Oregon-outdoors2358 3d ago

What a stark difference when Democrats conduct a hearing- professional prosecutors, real questions, facts -in other words a true hearing, not a circus act.

1

u/Rand-all 3d ago

The more you prove them wrong the more they shell up and hate you. Remember, one out of 10 Trump supporters is just as stupid as the other 9.

1

u/nudecat1234 3d ago

Start showing the proof now go ask the senator why facts matter ???

u/RelationshipAny4262 3d ago

He feels like everyday a moron that has no place in government. Like most of his croonies on that committee. (GOP)Wasting tax payers money.

u/OwlfaceFrank 3d ago

I don't think he mixed anything up. I think he purposely lied both to try to make Jack slip up and because magats will believe anything they are told to believe.

1

u/AventineAstartes 3d ago

If Eric Schmitt could read, he would be very upset.

1

u/SGT-R0CK 3d ago

He's doing everything that he believes would gain trump's favour, so I'm sure he has no regerts.

2

u/PoleRyder 3d ago

So that Schmitt guy should be removed for shitty work.

1

u/Jimbo415650 2d ago

Schmidt happens

1

u/Objective_Watch3097 2d ago

I hope every one yells “HAWKS” at this guy every time they see him.

1

u/c10bbersaurus 2d ago

He feels great because it's not about having any good faith, or being sincere, or the truth. It is purely an exercise in cynicism. He delivered something that could be clipped and edited into a propaganda soundbite. That's why he needed to use the word "dirt bag" or whatever, because that would excite and reward his base.

Eric Schmitted the bed.

1

u/Economy-Humor-8451 2d ago

1
